It is worth mentioning the Holy Monastery of the Archangel of Mouria, although it partially lies in ruins. It was the place of ascetic life and activities for eminent monks. There is a vivid depiction of a lion on its floor demonstrating the monastery\u2019s links to the Byzantine Empire. The church\u2019s religious iconography has been largely preserved and shows exceptional skill.
